This policy explains how MTMS Global (“MTMS”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use mtms.com.eg or our training, diploma, consulting and recruitment services. We process personal data in line with the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 and its executive regulations.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Enquiry and registration forms: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, organization, job title, country and the message or notes you write.
• Purchases: billing name, email, phone, address and order details. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page; MTMS does not store full card numbers.
• Job and trainer applications: CV, cover letter, qualifications and experience.
• Learning records: attendance, assessment results and certificates issued.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and cookies.

3. Why we use your data and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiries, register you and deliver programs, diplomas and certificates (performance of a contract / your request).
• To process orders, payments and refunds, and keep accounting records (contract and legal obligation).
• To review job and trainer applications (your request).
• To send news, offers or newsletters (your consent; you can withdraw it at any time).
• To secure and improve the website and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only as needed with: (a) service providers that run the website and forms (WordPress.com / Jetpack hosting and analytics, formsubmit.co for form delivery, WooCommerce for orders); (b) payment gateways and banks that process your payment; (c) instructors, partner training providers or certifying bodies, only where needed to deliver your program; (d) professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it. These parties are bound to protect your data.

5. International transfers

Some providers store data outside Egypt. We transfer personal data abroad only to providers that offer an appropriate level of protection and in accordance with Law 151 of 2020.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the cart, checkout and language choice, and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, such as the cart, may then stop working.

7. Retention

We keep enquiry and registration data for up to 24 months after our last contact, order and invoice records for the period required by Egyptian tax and commercial law (generally 5 years or more), certificate records for as long as needed to verify them, and unsuccessful job applications for up to 12 months. After that we delete or anonymize the data.

8. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS). If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify the Personal Data Protection Center and the people affected as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under Law 151 of 2020 you may: know what data we hold about you and access it; correct it; limit or object to its processing; withdraw your consent at any time; and request deletion where there is no legal reason to keep it. Send your request to Info@mtms.com.eg; we will reply within a reasonable time and in any case within the period set by law. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Center.

10. Children

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Marketing messages

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or messages at any time through the link in the message or by emailing us.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be announced on the website.
