# Refund and Returns Policy

This policy applies to programs, diplomas and services bought from MTMS Global (“
MTMS”). It does not limit your rights as a consumer under Egyptian Consumer Protection
Law No. 181 of 2018.

## 1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (diplomas)

If you are not satisfied with a diploma purchased from mtms.com.eg, you may request
a full refund of the amount you actually paid within **30 calendar days of the payment
date**. To qualify, the request must be made in writing within that period and no
completion certificate may have been issued to you. We do not ask you to justify
the request in detail, but we welcome your feedback.

## 2. Cancellation of in-person or live training by the participant

 * **7 or more days before the start date:** full refund, or transfer to a later
   date at no cost.
 * **3 to 6 days before the start date:** 50% refund, or transfer to a later date
   once.
 * **Less than 3 days before the start date, no-show, or after the program has started:**
   no refund. You may nominate another person to attend in your place if you notify
   us in writing before the start.

## 3. Cancellation or rescheduling by MTMS

If MTMS cancels or materially reschedules a program, you may choose a full refund
or a transfer to another date or program without extra charge.

## 4. Corporate and in-house training, and consulting

Cancellation, postponement and refund terms for in-house programs and consulting
engagements are set out in the signed proposal or agreement. Where it is silent,
the cancellation terms in section 2 apply, and fees for work already performed or
costs already incurred are not refundable.

## 5. What is not refundable

 * Fees of external bodies, such as exam or certification fees paid to third parties.
 * Services already fully delivered.
 * Purchases for which a certificate has been issued, except where the program was
   not delivered as described.

## 6. Discounted purchases

Refunds are always calculated on the amount actually paid, after any discount.

## 7. How to request a refund

Email Info@mtms.com.eg (or WhatsApp +20 155 057 0044) with your full name, order
number or payment receipt, the program name and the reason if you wish. We will 
acknowledge your request within 3 working days and give you a decision within 7 
working days.

## 8. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method within 14 working days 
of approval. Banks and card issuers may need additional time to show the amount 
in your account. If the original method is unavailable, we will agree an alternative
with you, such as a bank transfer.

# سياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع

تسري هذه السياسة على البرامج والدبلومات والخدمات التي تشتريها من إم تي إم إس جلوبال(
MTMS). ولا تقيّد حقوقك كمستهلك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري رقم 181 لسنة 2018.

## 1. ضمان استرداد الأموال خلال 30 يومًا (الدبلومات)

إذا لم تكن راضيًا عن دبلومة اشتريتها من mtms.com.eg، يحق لك طلب استرداد كامل المبلغ
الذي دفعته فعليًا خلال **30 يومًا ميلاديًا من تاريخ الدفع**. ويشترط أن يُقدَّم الطلب
كتابةً خلال هذه المدة وألا تكون قد صدرت لك شهادة إتمام. ولا نطلب منك تبريرًا تفصيليًا
للطلب، لكننا نرحب بملاحظاتك.

## 2. إلغاء التدريب الحضوري أو المباشر من المشارك

 * **قبل بدء البرنامج بـ7 أيام أو أكثر:** استرداد كامل المبلغ، أو النقل إلى موعد
   لاحق دون رسوم.
 * **قبل البدء بـ3 إلى 6 أيام:** استرداد 50% من المبلغ، أو النقل إلى موعد لاحق مرة
   واحدة.
 * **قبل البدء بأقل من 3 أيام أو عدم الحضور أو بعد بدء البرنامج:** لا يُسترد المبلغ.
   ويمكنك ترشيح شخص آخر ليحضر بدلًا منك بإخطار كتابي قبل البدء.

## 3. الإلغاء أو التأجيل من MTMS

إذا ألغت MTMS البرنامج أو أجّلته تأجيلًا جوهريًا فيحق لك الاختيار بين استرداد كامل
المبلغ أو النقل إلى موعد أو برنامج آخر دون تكلفة إضافية.

## 4. التدريب الداخلي للشركات والاستشارات

تُحدد شروط الإلغاء والتأجيل والاسترداد للبرامج الداخلية والتكليفات الاستشارية في
العرض أو العقد الموقّع. وعند عدم النص عليها تسري شروط الإلغاء في البند 2، ولا تُسترد
الأتعاب عن الأعمال المنفذة فعلًا أو التكاليف التي تحمّلناها.

## 5. ما لا يُسترد

 * رسوم الجهات الخارجية كرسوم الاختبارات أو الاعتماد المدفوعة لأطراف ثالثة.
 * الخدمات التي تم تقديمها بالكامل.
 * المشتريات التي صدرت عنها شهادة، إلا إذا لم يُقدَّم البرنامج كما هو موصوف.

## 6. المشتريات المخفضة

يُحسب الاسترداد دائمًا على المبلغ المدفوع فعليًا بعد أي خصم.

## 7. كيفية طلب الاسترداد

راسلنا على Info@mtms.com.eg (أو واتساب ‎+20 155 057 0044) مع الاسم الكامل ورقم الطلب
أو إيصال الدفع واسم البرنامج وسبب الطلب إن رغبت. سنؤكد استلام طلبك خلال 3 أيام عمل
ونبلغك بالقرار خلال 7 أيام عمل.

## 8. طريقة الاسترداد ومدته

تُدفع المبالغ المعتمدة بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 14 يوم عمل من الاعتماد. وقد
تحتاج البنوك وجهات إصدار البطاقات مدة إضافية حتى يظهر المبلغ في حسابك. وإذا تعذر
استخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية نتفق معك على بديل مثل التحويل البنكي.
