About these terms These terms govern your use of mtms.com.eg and the training, diploma, consulting and recruitment services provided by MTMS Global (“MTMS”, “we”), based in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. By using the site, registering or paying, you confirm that you have read and accepted them together with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Returns Policy. ## 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and provide accurate information. A company that registers participants confirms it is authorized to do so. ## 3. Programs, diplomas and consulting Program descriptions, duration, delivery mode (in person, online or blended), outlines and instructors are shown on each program page. We may make reasonable updates to content, schedule, venue or instructor to maintain quality, and will inform registered participants. ## 4. Registration, prices and payment * Prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) unless stated otherwise and include or exclude VAT as shown at checkout. * A seat is confirmed only after registration is accepted and payment (or an approved purchase order from a company) is received. * Discounted prices apply only during the period stated on the offer. After it ends, the regular price applies. * Payment is made through the gateways available at checkout. We do not store full card details. * An invoice or receipt is issued on request. ## 5. Cancellation and refunds Cancellations, transfers and refunds, including the 30-day money-back guarantee on diplomas, are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. ## 6. Participant responsibilities Participants agree to attend on time, respect instructors and other participants, and not record, share or resell sessions or materials without written permission. Login details are personal and may not be shared with others. We may remove a participant who seriously disrupts a program; in that case the Refund and Returns Policy applies. ## 7. Certificates A certificate of attendance or completion is issued after the participant meets the program’s attendance and assessment requirements and has paid in full. Certificates can be verified with MTMS on request. Unless a program page states otherwise, MTMS certificates are issued by MTMS and do not represent a degree from a university or accreditation by a government body. ## 8. Intellectual property Course materials, content, trademarks and the website belong to MTMS or its licensors and are protected by Egyptian Intellectual Property Law No. 82 of 2002. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own training or your organization’s internal use. Copying, distributing, publishing or reselling them is prohibited without written permission. ## 9. Consulting services Each consulting engagement is governed by the written proposal or agreement signed for it, which sets scope, fees, deliverables and timelines. If it differs from these terms, the signed agreement prevails. Confidential information exchanged during an engagement is kept confidential by both parties. ## 10. Acceptable use of the website Do not submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a way that disrupts it, or use it for unlawful purposes, including under Egyptian Anti-Cyber and Information Technology Crimes Law No. 175 of 2018. ## 11. Outcomes and information Training and consulting aim to build knowledge and capability, but we do not guarantee specific career, promotion, salary or business results, which depend on many factors outside our control. We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and up to date. ## 12. Third-party links The site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices. ## 13. Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, MTMS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Egyptian law or excludes your rights as a consumer under Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018. ## 14. Force majeure Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, public health measures, power or internet outages, or government action. In that case we will reschedule or offer a refund or transfer as set out in the Refund and Returns Policy. ## 15. Changes to these terms We may update these terms. The version published on the site at the time of your registration or purchase applies to you. ## 16. Governing law and disputes These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We will first try to resolve any dispute amicably; failing that, the competent courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to another venue. ## 17. Contact Info@mtms.com.eg, +20 155 057 0044, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. --- # الشروط والأحكام _آخر تحديث: 26 أكتوبر 2026_ ## 1. عن هذه الشروط تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لموقع mtms.com.eg وخدمات التدريب والدبلومات والاستشارات والتوظيف التي تقدمها إم تي إم إس جلوبال (MTMS) ومقرها مدينة نصر، القاهرة، مصر. وباستخدامك للموقع أو تسجيلك أو دفعك فإنك تقر بأنك قرأتها ووافقت عليها مع سياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع. ## 2. الأهلية يجب ألا يقل عمرك عن 18 سنة أو أن تحصل على موافقة ولي الأمر، وأن تقدم بيانات صحيحة. والشركة التي تسجل مشاركين تقر بأنها مخوّلة بذلك. ## 3. البرامج والدبلومات والاستشارات تُعرض أوصاف البرامج ومدتها وطريقة تقديمها (حضوري أو أونلاين أو مدمج) وخطتها والمدربين في صفحة كل برنامج. ويجوز لنا إجراء تحديثات معقولة على المحتوى أو الموعد أو المكان أو المدرب للحفاظ على الجودة، وسنخطر المشاركين المسجلين. ## 4. التسجيل والأسعار والدفع * الأسعار بالجنيه المصري ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك، وتشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة أو لا تشملها حسب ما يظهر عند الدفع. * لا يتأكد المقعد إلا بعد قبول التسجيل واستلام الدفع (أو أمر شراء معتمد من شركة). * تسري الأسعار المخفضة خلال الفترة المذكورة في العرض فقط، وبعد انتهائها يسري السعر الأصلي. * يتم الدفع عبر بوابات الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب، ولا نحتفظ ببيانات البطاقة كاملة. * تصدر فاتورة أو إيصال عند الطلب. ## 5. الإلغاء والاسترداد يخضع الإلغاء والنقل والاسترداد، بما فيها ضمان استرداد الأموال خلال 30 يومًا على الدبلومات، لسياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع. ## 6. التزامات المشارك يلتزم المشارك بالحضور في المواعيد واحترام المدربين والمشاركين، وعدم تسجيل الجلسات أو المواد أو مشاركتها أو إعادة بيعها دون إذن كتابي. وبيانات الدخول شخصية ولا يجوز مشاركتها. ويجوز لنا استبعاد مشارك يعطّل البرنامج بشكل جسيم، وتسري حينها سياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع. ## 7. الشهادات تصدر شهادة الحضور أو الإتمام بعد استيفاء المشارك متطلبات الحضور والتقييم وسداد كامل الرسوم، ويمكن التحقق منها لدى MTMS عند الطلب. وما لم تذكر صفحة البرنامج خلاف ذلك، فشهادات MTMS صادرة عن MTMS ولا تمثل درجة جامعية أو اعتمادًا من جهة حكومية. ## 8. الملكية الفكرية المواد التدريبية والمحتوى والعلامات التجارية والموقع مملوكة لـMTMS أو لمرخّصيها ومحمية بقانون حماية الملكية الفكرية رقم 82 لسنة 2002. وتحصل على ترخيص شخصي غير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام المواد في تدريبك أو في الاستخدام الداخلي لجهتك. ويُحظر نسخها أو توزيعها أو نشرها أو إعادة بيعها دون إذن كتابي. ## 9. الخدمات الاستشارية يخضع كل تكليف استشاري للعرض أو العقد المكتوب الموقّع له، وهو الذي يحدد النطاق والأتعاب والمخرجات والجدول الزمني. وإذا اختلف عن هذه الشروط يسود العقد الموقّع. وتلتزم الأطراف بسرية المعلومات المتبادلة خلال التكليف. ## 10. الاستخدام المقبول للموقع يُحظر تقديم معلومات غير صحيحة أو محاولة الدخول غير المصرح به أو إدخال برمجيات ضارة أو سحب بيانات الموقع بشكل يعطله أو استخدامه لأغراض غير قانونية، ومنها ما يخالف قانون مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات رقم 175 لسنة 2018. ## 11. النتائج والمعلومات يهدف التدريب والاستشارات إلى بناء المعرفة والقدرات، لكننا لا نضمن نتائج مهنية أو وظيفية أو مالية أو تجارية محددة لأنها تتوقف على عوامل خارجة عن سيطرتنا. ونبذل جهدًا معقولًا لإبقاء معلومات الموقع دقيقة ومحدّثة. ## 12. روابط الأطراف الثالثة قد يتضمن الموقع روابط لمواقع أخرى، ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو ممارساتها. ## 13. حدود المسؤولية في الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا تتحمل MTMS الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية، وتقتصر مسؤوليتها الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة تتعلق بخدمة على المبلغ الذي دفعته مقابل تلك الخدمة. ولا يقيّد شيء في هذه الشروط أي مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها بموجب القانون المصري، ولا يمس حقوقك كمستهلك بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك رقم 181 لسنة 2018. ## 14. القوة القاهرة لا يتحمل أي طرف مسؤولية التأخير أو الإخلال الناتج عن أحداث خارجة عن السيطرة المعقولة، كالكوارث الطبيعية أو الإجراءات الصحية العامة أو انقطاع الكهرباء أو الإنترنت أو قرارات الجهات الحكومية. وفي هذه الحالة نعيد الجدولة أو نتيح الاسترداد أو النقل وفق سياسة الاسترداد والإرجاع. ## 15. تعديل الشروط قد نحدّث هذه الشروط، وتسري عليك النسخة المنشورة على الموقع وقت تسجيلك أو شرائك. ## 16. القانون الواجب التطبيق وحل النزاعات تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية. ونحاول أولًا حل أي نزاع وديًا، وإن تعذر ذلك تختص محاكم القاهرة المختصة، ما لم يمنحك قانون آمر الحق في جهة أخرى. ## 17. التواصل Info@mtms.com.eg، ‎+20 155 057 0044، مدينة نصر، القاهرة، مصر.
